Refund policy
We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, without body odor, fragrance or stains, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, items not meeting this criteria are not eligible for return/exchange.
For ALL returns/exchanges, please e-mail us at info@reverbcampaign.com and include your order number to initiate the refund/exchange process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@reverbcampaign.com.
